Just before Christmas, Mr K from a leading Singapore hotel appeared in my shop in the early morning. Looking flustered he explained that he was in urgent need of 3D printing replacements for a strange looking device. From the picture it is easy to mistake it for one of Batman's gadgets. Well, it's actually used to help decorate pastries! You don't see the whole device as it's a secret weapon for an upcoming competition. We communicated regarding printing parameters and food-safe options, then after a print late into the night (one piece takes 3 hours!) two pieces were ready for testing. A few days later, Mr K confirmed that the results were "perfect". We wish Mr K's team every success in F (a country in Europe). We are honored to have served Mr K and his prestigious hotel.
