This is especially true for the MX Tourer, which features TRICARBOCO, one of Suomy's unique hybrid materials that is a combination of Kevlar, carbon fiber, fiberglass and aramidic resins. TRICARBOCO is a combination of Kevlar, carbon fiber, fiberglass and aramidic resins that provides excellent impact resistance while remaining lightweight.
Two sizes are provided for both the outer shell and the dual-density inner EPS lining, allowing for the most comfortable fit and wearing comfort. A flat anti-fog polycarbonate sheet is thermoformed one visor at a time to assure immaculate results. The visor has been treated with an anti-fog coating and is thermoformed from this flat anti fog polycarbonate sheet. Additionally, as standard equipment, a sun visor for the interior is provided.
The Suomy MX Tourer's double D-ring fastening and strap retention system ensure that it remains in the proper position in the case of a collision with another object.
