1. Failure performance: When the driving gas pressure is not lower than 20psi, the driving part does not work or does not circulate.
Possible causes: blocked air supply line or insufficient air supply; blocked air circulation valve; frozen discharge port; blocked muffler.
Solution; check the gas supply pipe and air pressure regulating valve; disassemble the air circulation valve and use a permissible solvent for cleaning; drive the gas with higher water content and use better drying equipment; remove the muffler for cleaning.
2. Failure performance: under load, the drive part does not work, and there is continuous gas discharge at the reversing exhaust port.
Possible reasons: The spring of the reversing needle is broken or unsuitable; the O-ring at the end of the needle is unsuitable or loses its function.
Solution; replace spring; replace O-ring.
3. Failure performance: the drive part does not work; the muffler leaks air.
Possible causes: insufficient drive gas flow; shrinkage or damage to the seal of the air circulation spool.
Solution; increase the driving gas flow; first check the seal of the air circulation spool, if damaged, replace it and assemble it for retesting; if it is not damaged, check the sealing of the driving part.
4. Failure performance: the drive part works, but the gas is not pressurized.
Possible cause: The one-way valve seal of the gas compression part or the high-pressure part is damaged.
Solution; check the one-way valve and the high-pressure end.
